1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Code Space ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Write or execute code designed to harm, disrupt, or launch DDoS attacks against other networks or infrastructure.
• Host or distribute malware, viruses, crypto-miners, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass server sandboxing, access the underlying host OS environment, or access files belonging to other users.
• Use automated scripts to rapidly mass-create accounts or flood the compilation servers.

3. Account Suspension and Blacklisting

We reserve the right to instantly ban, blacklist, and terminate any account that violates the Acceptable Use Policy. Banned users will permanently lose access to their database and workspace.

4. Storage Limits and Server Execution

Code Space enforces physical resource limits to ensure fair usage for all developers:

• Storage: Standard accounts are limited to 10MB of persistent storage. Premium accounts operate under extended limits. Attempting to bypass these limits will result in save failures.
• Execution Time: Server processes are forcefully killed after 15 seconds to prevent infinite loops and server hanging.
• Global Cap: If the server reaches its maximum physical capacity, user registration may be temporarily halted.

5. Service Availability (As-Is)

Code Space is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any lost code, failed compilation states, or data loss due to inactivity purges.

6. Payment and No Refund Policy

All transactions, including premium coupon purchases, upgrades, or any paid services, are strictly final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, no matter what. By making a payment or redeeming a paid upgrade on Code Space, you acknowledge and accept this absolute no-refund policy.

7. Your Data, Your Safety

Your data is your responsibility. While we strive to provide a secure environment, we do not guarantee data recovery in the event of hardware failures, automated inactivity purges, or accidental deletions. You are solely responsible for maintaining local backups of your important code and projects, and for securing your login credentials. Code Space is not liable for any lost, stolen, or corrupted data.
